Scope of Guarantee:
This Satisfaction Guarantee applies to our stain removal solutions. If you are not satisfied with the results of the solution provided by our service, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
Claiming the Guarantee:
To claim our Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact our customer support team at
[email protected] within 30 days of receiving our stain removal solution. Include a detailed description of the issue and evidence of the unsatisfactory result. Also include the Reference ID located at the very bottom of your stain removal instructions.
Our Promise:
Upon receiving your claim, we will review your case. If we determine that our solution did not meet your expectations, we'll not only refund your payment, but we'll add an additional 10% as a thank you for giving us a chance to serve you. This 110% refund will be provided as a pre-paid Visa gift card.
Limitations:
This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in situations where the provided solution was not used as instructed. It also does not apply to stains that were not included in the original description when you requested our service.
